Description

The Model I12 AN Single Diaphragm Differential Pressure Gauge offers reliable and accurate differential pressure measurement for industrial applications. Available in 4″ (DN100) and 6″ (DN150) dial sizes, it covers pressure ranges from 0-250 mbar to 10 bar with ±1.6% accuracy in ascending pressure. The gauge supports bottom or back mounting with a standard 1/4″ NPT (female) process connection. Designed for durability, it features IP65 ingress protection and is available in fillable, dry, or dry but fillable execution options. The case and bezel are constructed from corrosion-resistant SS316L, Monel, or special alloys, while the body and diaphragm are made from SS304, SS316, or aluminum. Viton gaskets ensure effective sealing, and optional external zero adjustment and electric contact enhance usability and control.

What People Say About Our Product

Customers consistently praise our temperature and pressure gauges for their accuracy, durability, and ease of installation. From HVAC professionals to industrial users, many highlight the clear readings and reliable performance under tough conditions. Whether for home systems or heavy-duty applications, our gauges are trusted for getting the job done right.

A temperature and pressure (T&P) gauge is used to monitor both the temperature and pressure levels within systems like boilers, water heaters, HVAC units, and other pressurized equipment. It helps ensure the system is operating safely and efficiently.

Installation typically involves threading the gauge into a designated port on the system (usually a 1/4" or 1/2" NPT fitting). Always ensure the system is depressurized before installation and use thread sealant to prevent leaks. Refer to the product manual for specific instructions.

For best performance, it’s recommended to check calibration annually, especially in industrial or high-usage environments. Replace the gauge if you notice inaccurate readings, a stuck needle, or visible damage to the dial or housing.

Our Product Review

This pressure gauge is spot-on accurate and durable. I installed it on a boiler system for a commercial client, and it’s been holding up perfectly under high pressure and heat. The stainless steel casing is rugged, and the glycerin fill really helps reduce needle vibration. Definitely a professional-grade product worth the price

Industrial Pressure Gauge

Very reliable temperature readings and the digital display is easy to read even in low light. I use it for monitoring HVAC systems and it has made diagnostics much quicker. The only downside is that the battery compartment is a bit tricky to open, but overall, it’s a solid product.

Digital Temperature Gauge

I’ve been using this temperature and pressure gauge for a few months on my residential boiler system, and it’s performed consistently well. The readings are accurate, and the dual-scale display is easy to interpret. It was easy to install and fit perfectly into the existing port. Build quality feels solid with a brass connection and clear lens. So far, it's been reliable under both high-temp and high-pressure conditions. I’ll be purchasing more for future installs.
