Description

The Model TMV-50 Five-Way Manifold Valve is a comprehensive solution designed for differential pressure transmitters, incorporating two isolation valves, one equalizing valve, and two vent (bleed) valves in a single compact unit. This configuration enables safe isolation, equalization, venting, and calibration of the instrument without removing it from the process. The TMV-50 is ideal for critical applications requiring precise pressure measurement and maintenance flexibility, with threaded, flanged, or remote mount options available. It is rated for pressures up to 6000 psi (414 bar) and temperatures up to 400°C.

Crafted from corrosion-resistant materials such as SS316, Monel, Duplex, or Hastelloy, the TMV-50 ensures long-term durability in harsh environments like oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation. The manifold features bubble-tight shutoff, non-rotating stem tips, and precision-machined seats for reliable sealing. Optional features include anti-tamper handles, color-coded operation, panel mounting kits, and compliance with standards such as NACE MR0175 and EN 10204 3.1 material certification.

Very reliable temperature readings and the digital display is easy to read even in low light. I use it for monitoring HVAC systems and it has made diagnostics much quicker. The only downside is that the battery compartment is a bit tricky to open, but overall, it’s a solid product.
