Description

The Model TBS-10 Threaded Connection Barstock Ring is precision-machined from solid barstock material to deliver exceptional strength, reliability, and corrosion resistance in high-performance applications. This model is designed for threaded process connections (typically ¼” or ½” NPT), making it ideal for installations where welded or flanged connections are not feasible.

Crafted from high-integrity barstock, the TBS-10 ensures uniform material properties and superior pressure-handling capability. It comes standard with two threaded flushing ports, each supplied with durable plugs to facilitate system cleaning and prevent contamination during operation.

Rated for use in harsh industrial environments, the TBS-10 can operate at temperatures up to 300°C, with pressure ratings aligned to applicable NPT/BSP standards. Optional accessories such as needle valves, nipples, and gaskets are available in matching materials, ensuring compatibility and extended service life in demanding applications.

Industrial Pressure Gauge
