Description

The Model I03-01 Solid Front Safety Pressure Gauge is engineered for high-pressure applications requiring enhanced safety and reliability. Available in 4″ (DN100) and 6″ (DN150) dial sizes, it measures pressure ranges from vacuum (-1 bar) up to 2500 bar with ±1% accuracy (CL 1 F.S.) and optional 0.5% accuracy. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it offers bottom or lower back mounting, a rugged IP68 ingress protection rating, and is available in dry, fillable, or filled execution. The gauge features TIG-welded SS316L or Monel Bourdon tube and socket, along with a welded case and bezel constructed from SS304, SS316, or aluminum die cast for superior durability and safety. Standard process connections include 1/2″ BSP or NPT, with optional external zero adjustment for easy calibration.
